I'm not going to pretend that I am completely original here as this sort of thing has been done before. I Acknowledge my predecessors and their work (justified by my inclusion of links to their benefit) and testify that I am simply scabbing and updating those Australian icons that can be deemed as BIG THINGS. The author wishes to ascertain that no correspondence will be entered into regarding the authenticity or "dodginess" of said BIG THINGS. All I have is a picture and my opinion, if you disagree send me an email and I'll ignore it completely. OK I'll admit that not all the pictures are from this trip, but I've been there and that's proof enough that they exist (I've only got 8 months after all)! It is rather silly but after 15 years of teaching in Victoria - I have an excuse!! Click on the state name to see what I've found
The scanned pictures are ones that are no longer with us or have changed. From the book It Really is a Big Country Mark Amdur.
